I have now used LJM twice. Once was after hours, and both times,
their rates were extremely reasonable. They came out on time, and got
the job done. They are now my go to plumbers

Im new to the N-Side of brisbane, and after living on the S-Side my whole life, we needed a plumber and were given a business card for LJM Plumbing.
So we called them up and their very first job was done well and priced well. Ive even hired their excavator driver and labourer to remove a huge pile of rocks. Ive had LJM Plumbing back a number of times as there employees are nice and professional, they’re rates are competitive and their work is second to none. They fitted gas lines and bottles so we could upgrade our oven and their gas fitter gave us options that saved up ALOT of money.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LJM PLUMBERS TO ANYONE NEEDING A TRUSTWORTHY,COMPETENT & EFFICIENT PLUMBER OR GASFITTER.

We had Liam out to look at our flooding issue in our built in area
downstairs.
We have just made it through our 3rd big downpour since the works were
complete.
No more moping at last.

service on both occasions. It is quickly recognised that their
approach is based on a culture of customer first and a wanting to keep
their customer base for the long term.
We have other projects planned and feel assured to use LJM for each of
them with the knowledge that they will get a professional job done
with an objective of long term customer satisfaction.

The last thing u want at your family dinner is a blocked toilet
causing serious odour & causing serious discomfort for 11 family
guests. I contacted LJM at 8pm last night & they had our toilet all
fixed & site cleaned by 9pm. Great customer service & highly recommend
LJM to anyone who needs an emergency plumber

Can’t thank Liam and his team enough for finally solving our drainage

Never dealt with a more professional trade company. Toni was very helpful on the phone explaining what needed to be done and could quote based on each outcome.

After serious seepage issues at our house, we hired LJM to install a proper drainage system. With our lower floor being almost fully below ground, this made for a difficult job considering how deep the trenches had to be to reach below slab level. We cannot praise Liam, Troy and the whole LJM team enough. The hard work, professionalism and attention to detail on display throughout the job was outstanding.
